Welcome to Enhara. We respect your privacy and we built this app to be useful, not extractive. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are.
By using Enhara, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
When you sign up, we collect:

We share information only with the third-party services that make the app work. We do not sell your data, ever.
We send your topic, profile (niche, style, audience, goal), and optional voice sample to Anthropic's Claude API when you generate a script or idea. Anthropic processes the request and returns the result. Anthropic does not train its models on data submitted through the API.
Your account credentials, profile, saved scripts, and saved ideas are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Supabase encrypts data in transit and at rest, and enforces row-level security so each user can only access their own data.
Our website — including this privacy policy and the password reset page — is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect anonymized request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and reliability purposes.
If you subscribe to a paid tier, your subscription is processed by Apple. We never see your credit card number — we only receive confirmation that you're an active subscriber. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public. We will resist overbroad requests where lawful.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data:
No system is 100% secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
You can view all your stored data (profile, scripts, ideas) directly in the app. Email support@enhara.app to request a machine-readable export.
You can edit your profile information at any time from the Profile screen in the app.
You can delete individual saved scripts or ideas from the app. To permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@enhara.app with the subject "Delete my account." We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to:
Our lawful basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the app's service) and your consent (for optional features like voice matching).
Enhara is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us at support@enhara.app and we will delete it.
Our servers (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic) operate primarily in the United States. By using Enhara, you consent to having your data processed in the United States. If you are in the EEA, your data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., for tax records or fraud prevention).
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Enhara after changes constitutes acceptance.
